The goal at this residence was to incorporate two separate, unusable side yards and create a space for entertaining.  Granite steps and a South Bay Quartzite retaining wall were installed to resolve the large changes in grade, making both sides of the yard more accessible.  A path of bluestone steppers connects both revitalized side yards.  A bluestone patio with a custom South Bay Quartize kitchen overlooking the lawn is a perfect spot for entertaining. Colorful plantings soften the changes in topography and add a perimeter planting to delineate the edges of the property.
